Jaco’s Bayfront Bar & Grille was easily one of our favorite dining experiences in Pensacola. The location is hard to beat, sitting right on the waterfront overlooking the marina with beautiful views of the boats and bay. Whether you choose to sit inside or on the spacious outdoor patio, the atmosphere is relaxed, scenic, and perfect for a leisurely lunch or dinner. We started our meal with the crab cakes, which were flavorful and a great way to kick things off. For my entrée, I ordered the fresh blackened grouper lunch special, and it was outstanding. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right without overpowering the flavor of the grouper. The fries were crisp, and everything on the plate was prepared well. I also enjoyed a berry mojito that was loaded with fresh berries and mint, making it one of the better mojitos I’ve had in quite a while. What really completed the experience was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Food was good, atmosphere was relaxed, modern with a vibes as if I’m near the water which obviously is the goal! Nothing was overwhelming about the place, sat at the bar too Unsure the servers name, may have been new but definitely, there is room for improvement! Got checked on only 3 times throughout the visit, had to ask for items like to go boxes, another round, etc(a good server has the mindset “if I think they’ll need it, they need it) but she was chill her vibes are relaxed so I’m sure if she masters the server stuff she will be rolling in the dough in no time! Besides that the restaurant is very nice, of course by fancy yachts and fishing boats, with the abyss of water to look at even from inside! Decent menu section and prices are reasonable for a place like this and its location! Would love to come back again next time I visit Pensacola!! The right amount of flavor in the food. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. The vibe from both the customers and the staff is really lovely. On top of that, the city itself is spectacular. Everyone is well dressed, even though it’s a beach town. People are very kind and helpful. They explain everything… our server at Jaco’s—whose name I don’t remember—was very sweet and attentive. More than a server, she was like our tour guide; she told us about places to visit, etc., and has great knowledge of the menu… overall, this visit was amazing.

Amazing food, I hope to come back again one day. Our waitress Kaylie was very sweet and kind! We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the menu had a ton of different options to choose from. I really enjoyed the chicken scallopini dish- it was absolutely delectable. We also ordered off the drink menu and the drinks were SO good.

All Five Stars as our food, service and atmosphere were top notch. The last night of our vacation we chose Jaco's to dine out. We were attracted by the reviews of the crab cakes and the sunsets. We had to experience them for ourselves and that is exactly what we ordered and the reviews were right they are delicious. However it was a full overcast and there wasn't a sunset at all. My entree was the mahi mahi Reuben. My wife had a classic burger and fried green tomatoes as an app. All were delicious. Kenzie our server was charming, funny, efficient and helpful. I even got to purchase a souvenir t shirt to take home. We will definitely dine at Jaco's again if and when we return to the pensacola area. Hopefully next time we get that spectacular sunset that everyone talks about.
